Returns & Cancellations


We’ll accept return requests for non-personalized items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for personalized or custom items, gift cards, or downloadable products.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

Personalized & Custom Items

Each order includes 2 round of edits after you receive your first proof. This is to ensure accuracy and to accommodate any changes.

Once your proof is approved we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Final proofing is the responsibility of the client, but we will do our best to call out any obvious typos. Your order will print as shown in your final approved proof. 

If your order does not match your approved proof, we will reprint the incorrect portion of your order for free. 

Screen colors vs. Printed Colors

Due to color variations from screen to print, some colors may vary  from the photos that you see on the listing.

If precise color matching is required, we recommended ordering a free sample kit which includes a color chart. 

We do not offer returns or refunds due to color differences between what you see on your screen and your actual printed pieces. However, we do offer discounts on reprints if you are not happy with your color selections.
